Moses also killed his own people after God gave him the ten commandments. Moses repeatedly broke the ten commandments. This led to what Jesus, in the New Testament, called the children of Satan. Jesus accused the Jewish leaders of being the children of Satan because they killed their own prophets.
Also, look up the prophecy from Daniel and Jesus about Judea. Look up where modern Judea is. It is the Gaza area. The abomination of desolation that destroys Judea already happened. It will lead to the end of the world, aka World War 3. It's also mentioned in Revelations about the cries of the martyrs.
Thank you M.D. Creekmore for always standing up for the truth about God. People that follow Jesus can't follow Moses, because they teach opposite things. That is why the Jewish leaders hated Jesus, because he taught peace, instead of war and hate like the traditions of Moses taught.
MD I’m not sure where you are going with this but you are in dangerous territory I would say.
You are doubting the Bible? Really? It’s the inherent Word of God. Yes it was physically written by man but it was fully inspired by Holy Spirit. You can’t pick and chose what you believe to be true sir. It’s a slippery slope and I’m surprised you’re heading that way. Unless I’m totally missing what you’re saying…
So, you think God actual told Moses to go do all of that and take the little girls for themselves? Okay, I’m praying for you if you think God would actual demand that.
Genesis 6:19-20 is explicit: “two of every sort… male and female.” No carve-out for “clean” vs. “unclean.” The change to “seven pairs of the clean” only shows up a chapter later (7:2-3). If the original plan already included extra animals for offerings, it would have said so the first time. Two mutually exclusive commands = contradiction.
2. “Nobody saw God’s face.”
Exodus 24:10-11: “They saw the God of Israel… and He did not lay His hand on them.” No burning bush, no pillar of fire—just “saw.” Nine chapters later (33:20) God tells Moses, “No man shall see Me and live.” That’s the conflict. Arguing that they only saw a cloud ignores what the passage states.
3. Slippery-slope / misinterpretation?
Calling it a “slippery slope” doesn’t resolve the plain words on the page. Pointing out contradictions isn’t misinterpretation; it’s comparing verse to verse and letting the text speak for itself.
If Scripture can handle honest scrutiny, then side-stepping clear disparities helps no one. Just sayin’.
Here is another one: Jesus’ last words—four endings.
Matthew 27 : 46 & Mark 15 : 34: “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
Luke 23 : 46: “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.”
John 19 : 30: “It is finished.”
Each writer frames his quote as the final line. Unless Jesus rattled off three different farewells in rapid-fire succession (which none of the Gospels reports), that’s another straightforward contradiction.
They each saw it and remembered it a different was and wrote down what they remembered. From my research these books where written about 40 years after... Maybe someone else wrote besides Matthew, Luke, and John later... But there are contradictions and something straight from God would not have contradictions.
It's not wrong to think about or question these things. If he's all powerful and all knowing, He won't be surprised or threatened by you wondering about these things. Keep searching, that's how things get discovered. God's not threatened by this, people who need their paradigm to be correct are. At least you're being honest about your thoughts on this.
You might look into preterism and covenant creation. The idea that Genesis isn't about the creation of the physical world but rather the creation of a covenant. There are those that believe that yaweh, of the God of the old testament, is not the father of Christ but was rather a vengeful pagan God that held people enslaved to his laws. That Christ freed us from that law by destroying the temple and the old covenant, then ushering in a new covenant, based on better promises a covenant open to all that put their trust in him. Not sure what the answer to that is. Been studying these things for decades and still learning. There are those who say they know because of the holy Spirit. I have some doubts about this as many claim to have knowledge from him but all have different stories. If it's from the same spirit then they should have the same story. I kind of think that ended with the apostles.
I think the God that commanded Moses to break the commandment from the real God "thou shalt not kill", the other God was a fallen angel. Because why would the God of Jesus command so much cruelty and why would the God of Jesus command the Jewish people to break the commandment of thou shalt not kill? Had to be a fallen angel, aka demon, tricking Moses by his big ego.
You have to take the original context and Hebrew meaning of these words into account when talking about these sorts of discussions. Remember we are reading a translation. And as such, some words may have been mis-translated, or mis-interpreted when there are no equivalent words.
Also, the commandment is to not MURDER, not KILL. This is one example of a mis-translation.
To another point, in Deuteronomy 7, God also instructed Moses that they were to Kill all Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, nor to save any women, or their children. These nations were to be conquered and their inhabitants killed to make way for the Israelites and to prevent the Israelites from adopting their idolatrous practices.
God has many times over throughout the Bible wiped entire peoples off the face of the earth. It is His vengeance for not following His Word/Laws/Instruction (His Torah), if He uses someone to do it for Him, or does it Himself, does not matter. God is vengeful. I do not think that any of the Bible is untrue, nor have any of His Laws been "done away with."
So God that made everyone... hates some people and wants them all slaughtered and the young virgin girls taken and raped for the evil pleasure of his "favorites". Sad that you are okay with that. Like I said GOD did not tell them to do those things. The leaders used "God said" to rally the troops behind them to go kill and steal the others resources. And then they scribbled it on a scroll that GOD said...
The reason that these writings exist is that the elites were the ones that were educated to be able to write and the poor were often not educated. Seems to be a great way to control the masses and we can draw comparisons to how we live now with the degradation of our school systems. We seem to have more elites that want to control our society and have just changed “god said so”to whatever narrative they want or need to use.
Semites are Afroasianic people. Biblical Isrealites are Africans. The Western colonial world trafficked biblical Isreal all over the world into slavery and for the past 400 years we have born that curse. We got our asses beat all the way off for provoking the Most High. The Philistines of old, the Palestinians today, are completing getting their asses beat off. The heathen nations, the European races who converted from the polytheistic, pagan traditions of their fathers to the Abrahamic faiths are next.
God Himself will destroy your world. I don't know how we seemed to get the impression that one can offend and that's a sin but another can offend and that's righteous but it doesn't work that way. The only real reason for you know now is so you can appreciate just how screwed you really are.
Biblical Isreal was never supposed to go back alone. It was with all the nations of the earth. All of them. That includes you. You're not better than anybody else. For the past 400 years biblical Isreal has gotten its ass beat all the way off and I don't whine because we earned it. That's the truth, the Most High was justified in beating our asses. The Philistines of old, the Palestinians today, are getting their asses beat for their transgressions against my people and I have been on my knees for almost two years begging him to turn them loose because they're my biological cousins and they're sorry. He's still beating that ass. You are next.
Our 400 years of captivity in lands not known to our fathers ended in 2019 then a plague swept the world and it has been one crazy thing after another since. Do you know what you proved to Him? You've proven to Him where your hearts are concerning the hurt of innocent people. You have condemned yourselves.
MD, you have also proven where your heart is. The Father knows who is who. Do not run. You keep you ass exactly where He put you and do not leave unless He tells you to, do you understand me? Judgement is coming. Look again at what He said concerning the two cups of wrath He'd pour out on gentile nations that transgressed against Biblical Isreal beyond what He intended because they thought they were better and we were less. Read very, very carefully, repent if need be and keep your asses at home.
Edited to add: The abomination in West Asia is the synagogue of Satan. Those people are devils. Thieves. Steal, kill, destroy. The rulers of the United States are no different. Same thing. Desolation is the portion for these.
Reparations were never really about helping us. You didn't break us, you can't fix us. It was about repentance and an opportunity to make restitution as a nation. And you blew it. Prepare your houses accordingly. Where mercy is withheld from others, the Most High withholds from you.
I agree with Maritime Homesteader on this one. If you can get into a study of the Bible you may find d answers to your questions. I have found that many things in old testament foreshadows what is in the new testament. Read the Miracle of the Scarlet Thread, or you can find videos on line I am sure, by Dr. Richard Booker may help you find some answers.
By the way I don't think questioning the Bible is a bad thing if you are seeking a deeper understanding, after all if we don't question philosophies and ideologies we won't have the deeper understanding we need to make informed decisions. God bless you on your path to find knowledge and truth.

I like this one ,keep up the good work
Makes sense to me.. why would a loving and living God do that . I'm not sure he would......
MD I’m not sure where you are going with this but you are in dangerous territory I would say.

I’m praying for you.
So, you think God actual told Moses to go do all of that and take the little girls for themselves? Okay, I’m praying for you if you think God would actual demand that.
And if 100% fact by god why are there obvious constrictions, like:
Genesis 6 : 19–20 “Two of every sort … male and female.”
Genesis 7 : 2–3 “Take seven pairs of every clean animal … and a pair of every unclean animal.”
2 Samuel 24 : 1 “The LORD moved David …”
1 Chronicles 21 : 1 “Satan stood up against Israel and provoked David …”
Exodus 33 : 20 “You cannot see My face, for … no man shall see Me and live.”
Exodus 24 : 10–11 “They saw the God of Israel … and He did not lay His hand on them.”
Dude come on….
The seven pair of clean animals were for sacrificial purposes.
Nobody saw God’s face. Instead they saw a burning bush or a pillar of fire or a cloud by day.
You’re going down a slippery slope as I said.
You are mis-interpreting something if you think there is an actual contradiction. Jus sayin
Dude—let’s stick to the text, not excuses.
1. Seven pairs for sacrifice?

I really can’t argue with this. People tend to forget that the Bible has been translated many times and books deliberately left out of it.
There are interesting books in the Apocrypha that were left out, also. Not to mention the Dead Sea Scrolls:/
