It's more than slightly possible that world events are being staged to look like Biblical prophecy, or even to fulfill it. Religious manipulation isn't new. Many Christians are eager for the fulfillment of the end times prophecies - this despite peace and love being the ultimate messages of the faith.
Once again, your mind amazes me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Stay warm this week. looks like the wind is going to be a blowing. Guess they have a new toy they want to experiment with. Take care, ML&BLSNGS :)
M.D., you might look at the book of Esther for fulfillment of Ezekiel's war prophecy. It occurred shortly after the Babylonian captivity, before Jerusalem's walls were rebuilt. The nations described were all part of the Persian empire. Ezekiel mentions they sought a spoil. Haman the Aggagite was a descendant of the Amalakites. He is also known as Hamon-gog. He was the chief prince of the Persian empire. His followers also sought to spoil the Jews. The Ezekiel's war is fought on horse back with bows and arrows, nobody does that today. In short, that prophecy is in our past, not our future. Russia is not gog. The idea that Russia is gog ,comes from wild speculation that the Hebrew word Rosh, is equated with Russia, because they sound similar in English. The word Rosh just means chief, supreme, prime, or head. That word can be found on the podium used by Benjamin Netanyahu, as he is the prime minister of Israel. Russia didn't exist when the Bible was written. The teaching known as dispensationalism, is responsible for much confusion in Bible prophecy. It results in much speculation, date setting, sign watching, that makes the church appear insane to outsiders. Every time there's an eclipse, or any sniffle in the Middle East is it's interpreted as a "sign of the end." Dispensationalism is responsible for the rampant Zionism in evangelical circles, and sadly our government. That Zionism and rampant speculation, affects our foreign policy in ways that get many people around the world killed, and possibly us as well.
Well-spoken Mr. Sandler. Have you ever heard of Clif High? He has a Substack page also. It would be worth a look, just to see what his take is some of these things you speak. Thanks for putting it out there so we can have other insights. Take care out there :)
I've heard of Clif High. Doesn't he track what is being monitored on the net, and try to draw conclusions on what people are thinking about? I didn't know he delved into the scriptures. I thought he mostly looked into the paranormal. Thanks I'll check out his sub stack. Peace to you Kristina.
Hey, Yes, I think he mostly does ancient beings and paranormal things, but he throws in relevant thoughts on correlations with the biblical texts. He does monitor the web ideas with a twist (imo). I commented to you because your words and his seemed to hit me with the same resonance. Well anyways, hope you are having a great day and that you are staying safe and prepped :) ML&BLSNGS , k
