I listened to this video this morning before chores, and I've thought about your points all day. You are so right on all of them. Expectation leads to disappointment and resentment. Looking back leads to regret. Looking forward leads to dread and fear. I learned all these things the hard way, and that is fortunate. Pain is a good teacher. Gratitude is a better one. Being content with what you have is a gift. Giving zero f's about what people think is a gift. It frees you, and allows you to live your life without fear or care of judgment. It is a beautiful thing when you let go and realize that. I really enjoyed this video. I pray it helps the ones it is meant to help. Thank you for all you do to try and help people.
